Produced by Paul C. Robinson (guitarist for Dan Hicks and Al Stewart) and Steve Savage (recorder and mixer of three grammy-nominated Robert Cray CDs), Jill Carole's 11-song debut CD features guest performances by guitarist/bassist Robinson, keyboardist Jimmy Pugh (Chris Isaak, Robert Cray Band) and drummer Kevin Hayes (Robert Cray Band). All lyrics and music were written by Carole. The CD booklet reveals drawings by Dan Hicks (yes, the musician of Hot Licks fame) that highlight the deeper meaning of Carole's lyrics.
